Instruction:

1. Push the breast pump and fit its mouth on the nipple. Then, gently remove the pressure so the vacuum sucks out milk. It may be initially required to push and un-push several times to open up the breast channels.
2. Put the milk in the collection bottle into a milk container.

Note:

• Extract the remaining milk after each breastfeeding
• You can pump your breast milk out every 3 hours when your baby is not breastfed.
